1977 Pearson 365

Niceville, Florida

This 1977 Pearson 365 has been maticulously maintained and is in extraordinarily good condition.  Traditional lines, solid construction, roomy 8-foot-long cockpit and walk-around decks are just a few of the highlights of a Pearson 365.  Newer split aluminum fuel tanks, full dodger with bimini, custom stack pack for the sails, and not 1 leak in this beauty.  She is ready to leave her slip to sail the bays or offshore to the islands.  "Sans Souci" is a must see, she won't be on the market long!!
